Lemon Drizzle Cake

Hey guys, this is my recipe for a super easy Lemon Drizzle Cake.

This recipe has sugar and sunflower oil but please do substitute these if you wish.  

This cake is going with me to a friend's house and it is a treat ,, everything in balance ;-)
