How To Make a Quick Hummus with seaweed

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas drained                           

1 crushed garlic clove

1 tbsp tahini                                                  

6 tbsp seaweed infused oil

Juice of 1 lemon                                            

1 tbsp dried sweet kelp

1 tbsp chopped coriander                              

1 tbsp parsley

1 tsp Dijon mustard                                        

1 large pinch of Connemara Seaweed Seasoning

4 sun dried tomatoes                                    

1 tbsp basil

How To:

Put the ingredients in a food processor and pulse to break up.  

Place in refrigerator.
